Debra started with Poulos LoPiccolo in 2016 as a real estate Paralegal and is an integral part of our firm’s residential real estate team. Debra has extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate closing process including assisting in the attorney review process, reviewing title and surveys, assisting in the inspection process and overall coordination of closings. Debra also assists and supports the New York banking team. She is extremely dedicated and detail-oriented and takes a personal interest in every transaction. Debra obtained her associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Brookdale Community College.
