Attorney Anthony Almeida Obtains Successful Result For Client In Land Use Case
On September 11, 2023, firm attorney Anthony S. Almeida represented our clients before the Borough of Eatontown Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment. The clients required seven (7) bulk variances for various nonconformities on their property. Most of the variances were necessitated by the fact that the clients’ property is a corner lot, meaning that it has two (2) “front” yards. Mr. Almeida successfully argued that due to the uniqueness of the property having two “front” yards, the variances were warranted pursuant to the “hardship” variance provision codified at N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c(1). The Board agreed and granted our clients all of the relief that was requested. The clients were very pleased by the professional presentation put forward by Mr. Almeida on their behalf.
